NEXT ROCKFORD

Next Rockford is a group of GenX and GenY professionals whose purpose is to create and develop new ideas, facilitate economic revitalization, and improve the overall vitality of the Rockford area, such that it becomes a more attractive place to live.  Members focus their diverse professional skills and personal backgrounds in the following areas:

• Education:  Improve and enhance education at all levels in the Rockford area in order to positively influence economic revitalization
• Business Expansion:  Create, implement, and support plans to retain existing businesses and grow new business opportunities in the Rockford area
• Epicenter:  Encourage development of Rockford as the potential hub for cultural, recreational, educational, and commercial opportunities in the region.
