The Council maintains an electronic sites and buildings inventory that is searchable by your specifications. Through a unique relationship with the Rockford Area Association of Realtors all Commercial and Industrial properties listed by local realtors are downloaded into our Location One Information System (LOIS) database every Sunday night. This assures that you have access to the properties being actively promoted by Rockford’s Realtors. Working together we are here to help you.

If you are an RAEDC investor and an independent property owner who would like to have your property included on the LOIS web site, click here for a Building, Site, or Locality property specifications form (xls, 112k each). To be posted we ask that your property be: 1) a minimum of 15,000+ square feet building, or 2) a minimum of a 30+ acres site. Complete the form, return it us, and we will include your property.
