Ignite Young Professionals Organization names Rockford native, Jazzminne Keyes, as its new Executive Director
Rockford, IL - Ignite Young Professionals Organization names Rockford native, Jazzminne Keyes, as its new Executive Director.
Keyes has an extraordinary record of serving clients, increasing organizational efficiencies, building and retaining board members and financial competence. In her new position, Keyes will be responsible for strengthening the region’s talent pool by attracting and retaining Gen X, Gen Y and Millennial professionals to the Greater Rockford Region.
As Executive Director, Keyes plans to concentrate her attention on driving membership, increasing professional development opportunities for members, community involvement, membership programming and events, and improving current marketing and communication methods.
Keyes is heavily involved in several community organizations and programs and acts as the Vice President of Beautiful Spirited Women, a teen mentoring program. She earned a degree in Organizational and Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University and has more than eight years of experience in sales, marketing and program development.
Keyes was selected after a rigorous interview process with Ignite’s board leaders and Rockford Chamber President Einar Forsman.

Keyes resides in Rockford with her family.
